If you press "MASS APPLY" then specified display conditions will be applied to all selected cells and any other conditions will be canceled. If you press "MASS REPLACE" then specified display conditions will be applied to all selected cells but all other conditions will remain unchanged.

It is possible to change Display Conditions for multiple stats at the same time with help of MASS APPLY.

When you Shift + select multiple cells (click on one cell then Shift or Ctrl + click on another to select multiple), you will have Mass apply and Mass replace buttons appear in the display conditions settings on the right. From there you can select the display conditions and click Mass apply - it will apply the conditions to all of the cells. Or you can click Mass replace - it will only replace the conditions that you've changed. But there were a few known bugs with these options, so it's safer to go one by one especially if you don't have too many stats
