You can only select the time period for building statistics:

You can't see your day-by-day stat changes in the popup. You can either set the Date and Time filter in Reports and view hands and results there, or you can build your stats only for the last 1-12 months in the main window. Click Clear Stats, then select the time period on the right and click Build stats. This will show you your popup with the stats for the specified period.
