Positional HUD is displayed based on information from a history of a previous hand at the table. However, sometimes happens that a player sit-outed between the current and the previous hand. In this case, positions will be calculated incorrectly.

Please install this patch manually https://www.dropbox.com/s/y1i4kr9pdtr1gjy/3.2.3.22.zip?dl=0  (just copy files from the archive to C:/Program Files/Hand2Note/ ) and reboot your computer.


I recommend you to save your original Hand2Note folder in a safe place before replacing it.


Please note that you should delete the path where Winamax saves hand histories from Auto Import settings in Configuration->Auto Import.


Unfortunately, old hand histories with tracking mistakes can't be fixed.

Hand2Note supports Winamax. Unfortunately, dynamic HUD currently doesn't work on this room, but our development department investigates the problem.

The problem you are having is connected with changing the nickname on Winamax.

Currently, there are no solutions to fix it. The only thing which you can do is to try to reinstall your Winamax client. Which you have already tried.

Reinstalling Hand2note won't help because the problem is in the Room setting. 

Please try do the following

Set your auto import folder for Winamax to end with Your_nickname/History
So it would end like this:   "documents\accounts\Your_nickname\history"

After it, please create a new database, don't import any hands

Play some hands and see if you now don't see Hero HUD and everything is working as it should.

If it is not working, you can contact Winamax support and ask if is it possible to delete all the configuration settings of your old nickname for your account.

К сожалению, после последнего обновления рума, действительно у некоторых пользователей возникла проблема с определением Hero за столом. Похоже, в основном у тех пользователей кто менял никнейм в руме.

Наш отдел разработки, уже занимается исследованием этой проблемы. Вы можете следить за обновлениями в правом нижнем углу hand2note (Нажмите на "Updates" чтобы увидеть историю обновлений). А пока что, попробуйте начисто удалить рум, установить его заново  и попробуйте поиграть с использованием дефолтного статического HUD.
