Our development department has found the cause of this problem.
There were many stats with the same ID in your unlocked Config/Filters folder. For example, Config/Filters/<name1[ID]>.filter2 and Config/Filters/<name2[ID]>.filter2 (The ID is in square brackets). This happened because you copied the stats files from one place to another using Windows Explorer and then changed the stats in Hand2Note.
In order to fix it, you should somehow find all the stats with the same ID in the unlocked folder and delete the unnecessary ones. Perhaps our built-in tool for removing unused filters will be useful for it. You can find it in Configuration -> Other Options -> MAINTAINANCE -> DELETE UNUSED
