We decided to remove preflop charts completely from Hand2Note for all rooms.
Hand2Note loops every 6x6 cells and check if it contains 30+ text cells or 300+ characters. Then it is treated as preflop chart and the table containing preflop chart is shown neither in HUD nor in the popup.
If you still have this message then send us your config and we will fix the algorithm if your config doesn't contain preflop charts but you still are getting the message.
