PROBLEM

 I can't install it, an error occurs:

SOLUTION

It appears that the error occurs because of your Windows user access limitations. Make sure your Windows user has full admin access, then run the installer as admin (right-click -> Run as Administrator). Also try to install it on a different drive in a different folder.
