You can use special options  in Configuration->Preflop Diagram and Configuration->Postflop Diagram to get a more accurate range:

Each Stat info popup contains postflop or preflop diagram with a range of hand values a player has on showdown after the considered action. Strong hands usually come to showdown much more often than weak hands. So, the shown range is not precise and "shifted" to stronger hands. However, this option allows you to get a more accurate range.

You don't need to clear and rebuild stats for the whole DB but you have to recreate your report after switching this option if you calculating custom stats in the range research.

If you enable these options it'll increase the accuracy of postflop and preflop diagrams.

The point is that diagrams are built based on hands that reach showdown. And stronger hands reach showdown way more often than weak hands. So initially, the diagram is always shifted into stronger hands.

For example, for the stat Open Raise. If a player faces a villain's 3bet on preflop, he'll defend only a strong part of his range. All the weak hands he'll fold. So by excluding such scenarios, you make diagram frequencies more accurate.
