You don't need to use WPN tools, in fact, it may impair the operation of Hand2Note. Reboot your PC and run only Hand2Note and WPN room client as admin without WPN tools. 

If you need to use WPN tools for a different reason, then disable any connection to Hand2Note and disable sending data to H2N.
