We are already aware of the problem. Our development team is working on the solution. I can't give you any ETA, but we'll do everything possible to restore the support.

If there is no Player ID information in poker client, play one hand - click on the small Hand2Note icon - open the replayer for last hand and see the desired id relative to the position.
