Make sure that you have an active ASIA or PRO subscription.


Please uninstall your LDPlayer and install this version:

Enable this option inside your emulators:


  1. Reboot pc
  2. Open Hand2Note 
  3. Create new emulator
  4. Install poker app
  5. Restart emulator
  6. Wait 1 minute 
  7. Launch Poker app


Please use the English language for your emulator and the HHPoker client.


If it doesn't help:


1. Please install all the latest windows updates

2. Turn off or uninstall your antivirus if you have one

3. Add LDPlayer folder and hand2note folder to the windows exclusions:

4. Restart

5. Always launch your LDPlayer as an administrator

6. Sit down and play a few hands.
