The number of hands for player is an expression stat:

Open Hud Editor -> Select your HUD -> Select the cell in which is located the stat hands -> Choose Insert by mouse right-click -> Eхpression stat -> hands -> Save

Для этого можно использовать сложный стат hands из дефолтного пакета статистики:

В редакторе ХУДа нажмите правой кнопкой мыши на ячейке => Вставить=>Сложные статы=> hands.
