Please, follow next steps:
Check that you have installed all the latest updates for Windows
Remove database. By default, it is located in the next folder:
C:\Users\ <YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note\h2ndb
Uninstall Hand2Note.
After the uninstallation has finished please delete all program files from the
install directory (default folder is located in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note).Create another username (only English
letters)Reinstall Hand2Note under the new username.
Then, run Hand2Note as administrator and check whether the issue persists.
