1. Enable logging in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging (You can remove old log files in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs)

2. Reproduce the problem on one table only.

3. Run Resource Monitor, open "TCP Connections" on the Network tab and click on the "Remote Port" column header to sort it by port numbers:

Then expand the page in full-screen mode so that contents of rows for Remote Port = 9188 become visible and make a screenshot:

4. Archive the folder with Hand2Note and send to us together with the screenshot.

It happens due to the loss of Internet-packages, as a result, the hand history is incorrectly written.

Please ensure that you use the last Hand2Note version.

5. Please, make a visual representation of the problem. For example, short video or screenshots where we can see a bug. This will help us a lot to reproduce and fix the problem.

It looks like there is a problem with getting internet packages from PokerMaster's servers in your internet connection.

Could you please try another Internet-provider while our development department investigates the problem?

Please try to follow the next steps:

1. Please, log out and log in again into PokerMaster while Hand2Note is running. (You should log in with a phone number. Facebook login can't be used.)

2. Install the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable 2015. If you have a newer version installed then uninstall it and install version provided above.

3. If nothing helps, please, send us again your C:/Program Files/Hand2Note/logs folder archived.
