It looks like there are corrupted files in your config.


Please try to update Nand2Note to version 3.2.2.26 with full reinstallation:


  1. Check that you have installed all latest updates for Windows
  2. Remove database. By default, it is located in the next folder:

           C:\Users\ <YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\Hand2Note\h2ndb

  1.  If you need to save your settings, copy Config and Notes folders in a safe place before uninstalling Hand2Note:   FAQ. Moving Config
  2. Uninstall Hand2Note.
  3. After the uninstallation has finished please delete all files from the
    install directory (default folder is located in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note).
  4. Install the latest version of Hand2Note for PokerMaster: 

            http://hand2note.com/

  5. Register your license key in Configuration->Other Options->License

Then, run Hand2Note in the default configuration and check whether the issue persists.

Then, run Hand2Note as administrator in the default configuration. If the issue persists, please try to install this patch manually https://www.dropbox.com/s/yy68tp0hzahw5q1/3.2.2.18.zip?dl=0 (just move files from the archive to C:/Program Files/Hand2Note/ )


I recommend you to save the Hand2Note folder in a safe place before replacing.

Please try the following:


1. Update Hand2Note up to the latest version.


2. Try to create and run Android 5.1 instance on your emulator:

3. Please, log out and log in again into PokerMaster while Hand2Note is running. (You should log in with a phone number. Facebook login cannot be used.) 


4. Install the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable 2015. 

If you have a newer version installed then uninstall it and install version provided above.


Please try to create and run Android 5.1 instances on your emulator: (not Android 4):

1. In the Configuration -> Game Types, click Reset to default and then click on Save settings.

If HUD appears only on some tables, try to close the emulators where Hand2Note HUD is working on and leave only one where the hud is not appearing, after a few seconds, the hud should appear and then you can open all emulators. Probably you will need to log out and log in again into PokerMaster while Hand2Note is running. (You should log in with a phone number. Facebook login cannot be used.)
