Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that Hand2Note will work via VPNs at the moment.
First of all, ensure you have installed the latest version 3.2.2.30 of Hand2note and all latest updates for Windows.
If you have Windows 10, try to install this package:

If you have Windows 7, try to create a network connection manually using the OpenVPN-UDP protocol:
Windows 7 & 10 L2TP connection setup
Otherwise, please contact your VPN provider or try another VPN.

Your VPN is blocking traffic from your room's client, so Hand2Note doesn't get any information about the tables. You should either change your VPN provider or avoid using it altogether if you can.
