Please, try to reinstall Hand2Note: 

1. Uninstall Hand2Note via Control Panel.

2. After the uninstallation has finished please delete all files from the install directory (default folder is located in C:\Program Files\Hand2Note).

3. Reinstall the latest version of Hand2Note for PokerMaster from our website:

http://hand2note.com/PokerMaster

4. Register your license key in Configuration->Other Options->License

After that, try to move the config again.

I recommend you to save your original Config folder in a safe place before replacing it.
