Then try to follow the next steps:
1. Disable your antivirus and VPN software if exists.
2. Log out and log in again into PokerMaster on all tables while Hand2Note is running. (You should log in with a phone number. Facebook login can't be used.)

1. Delete old log files and all subfolders in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs
2. Enable logging in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging
3. Reproduce the problem.
4. Archive the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs with all subfolders and send us.
5. Please, make a visual representation of the problem. For example, short video or screenshots where we can see a bug. This will help us a lot to reproduce and fix the problem.

It is possible that there is some problem in network settings of Windows on your PC or in network hardware of your PC or in your internet-router. We don't know exactly yet.

If the problem persists, try to uninstall your antivirus because some antivirus or firewalls (like ZoneAlarm) keep having strange behaviors even when they are disabled.

Make sure you're using 4-color deck in PokerMaster and that your emulator's resolution is set to either 450x800, 540x960 or 720x1280

You need to set black background color and 4-color deck in PokerMaster:
Also you need to use one of the following emulator resolutions: 450x800, 540x960, 720x1280. (Emulator and Hand2Note should be restarted after changing)

- Reboot your computer
- Reset your router
- Install the latest windows updates
- Disable antivirus
- Run Hand2Note as administrator
- Run emulator as administrator, sit at 1 table and play a few hands
