Our development department is already investigating the problem with tracking mistakes.But we will be glad to receive additional information if you want to help us.


Please ensure that you use the last Hand2Note version and provide us with the additional information:

  1. Delete old log files and all subfolders in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs
  2. Enable logging in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging
  3. Reproduce the problem.
  4. Archive the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs with all subfolders and send us along with hand history samples for incorrectly tracked hands.
  5. Please, also make a visual representation of the problem. For example, short video or screenshots where we can see a bug (Table names and the system time on your PC should be visible). This will help us a lot to reproduce and fix the problem.

Please update Hand2Note up to version 3.2.2.26:

Unfortunately, old hand histories with tracking mistakes can't be fixed.

As I said, usually this problem caused by tracking mistakes. In order to fix tracking mistakes, we need to see a log of a session where you got hands that you can not import into PT4.
