If HUD appears only on some tables, try to close the emulators where Hand2Note HUD is working on and leave only one where the hud is not appearing, after a few seconds, the hud should appear and then you can open all emulators. Probably you will need to log out and log in again into PokerMaster while Hand2Note is running. (You should log in with a phone number. Facebook login cannot be used.

Try the following: 

  1. Reboot your PC and router
  2. Disable antivirus
  3. Start Hand2Note as administrator 
  4. Start emulator as administrator
  5. Open one table and play a few hands, wait for HUD to appear
  6. Then open table 2, wait for HUD to appear

Don't run any other emulators or converters. Open tables one by one, wait for HUD to appear before opening the next table

Hello. There is no exact solution for that issue. It happens when emulators don't have a stable connection to room's servers. It could be an issue with your connection or room servers problem. The only way is to restart emulator couple time, and if it won't fix that issue - restart pc and launch in that order. 

Then run in the following order:

  1. Reboot your PC
  2. Run all emulators and run the room application
  3. Run Hand2Note
  4. Wait 1 minute
  5. Restart emulators one-by-one
  6. Wait until HUD appears

Try to replace proxy_ports.cfg file from C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\external\x64 folder with this one


Then please install the latest Android Emulator update:

Then run in the following order:

  1. Reboot your PC
  2. Run all emulators and run the room application
  3. Run Hand2Note
  4. Wait 1 minute
  5. Restart emulators one-by-one
  6. Wait until HUD appears

First of all, configure Auto Import:

  1. ensure that in the poker room client you have enabled option responsible for saving hand histories on a hard drive. Also, set English language interface in the client
  2.  in Configuration -> Auto Import add the folder where your poker client saves hand histories. In the settings of poker client you may check where it saves hand histories. 
  3. ensure you have selected English language for Hand History in poker room client

Please update Hand2Note up to the latest version 3.3.1.30 and make sure you have configured Autoimport correctly:

*Also, make sure you have updated your PokerStars client up to the latest version.


Please note that you should also add to Configuration->Auto Import  a folder where your PokerStars client saves  the Tournament summary files:

Обратите внимание, что в настройках автоимпорта нужно указать не только папку с историей рук, но и папку турнирных итогов.


Также убедитесь что у вас отключена опция отключения автообновлений и опция HUD через конвертер в Configuration->HUD:

Отключите опцию Выключения автообновлений и отключите опцию HUD через конвертер. Сохраните изменения. Перезапустите Hand2Note, а затем рум от администратора.
