Performance depends on your Config (number and complexity of popup and HUD profiles and custom stats), database size, and the number of rooms and tables you're opening at the same time. If you're using any side tools, converters, or trackers like StarsHelper, it will also impact H2N performance negatively. 

Also please note that dynamic and positional stats are restricted on PokerStars, so if you're using a HUD with such stats - they won't work but you'll be wasting your system resources. It's best to use a simple and light profile on PokerStars since most of the advanced features are blocked

К сожалению, если во время загрузки рук или перестройки статов возникают проблемы, то строить статистику по частям - лучшее решение сейчас. Мы в курсе проблем с оптимизацией, но в текущей версии Hand2Note обновлений по этой части уже не будет.


Для улучшения производительности попробуйте следующее:

  1. Закройте все румы и сторонние приложения.

  2. Удалите все неиспользуемые и ненужные профили HUD и попапов из настроек.

  3. Если Ваши активные профили не заблокированы для редактирования, попробуйте облегчить их, удалив наименее полезные статы и вкладки, которыми Вы не пользуетесь во время игры и\или анализа после игры.

  4. После этого откройте Настройки - Другие опции - Обслуживание и проведите там чистку статов. Это удалит неиспользуемые статы из конфига.

Потом перестройте статистику и проверьте работу программы. Также Вы можете создать новую базу данных и загрузить в неё только последние наиболее актуальные руки. Это тоже может улучшить производительность

If you're using any side tools, converters, or trackers like StarsHelper, it will also impact H2N performance negatively. 

The amount of free RAM is also significant, but we can't advise the exact size since many other factors listed above can affect performance more than the amount of free memory.

I also recommend always restarting the computer after building statistics or using RangeResearch, because memory is most involved when building statistics.
